The regular day-to-day management, control and direction of Dublin Dental Hospital are the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Team.
The Executive Team is comprised of the CEO, Clinical Director and Dean of Dental Affairs.
The CEO and the Executive Team must follow the broad strategic direction set by the Board, and must ensure that all Board members have a clear understanding of the key activities and decisions related to the Hospital, and of any significant risks likely to arise.
The CEO acts as a direct liaison between the Board and management of Dublin Dental Hospital.
