Frank was appointed as Chairman of Board by Leo Varadkar in June 2015 and re-appointed in August 2019 by Simon Harris Minister of Health.
He has over 30 years Financial and Operations Senior Executive experience on senior management teams while working in the Public and Private Sectors.
Mr Nolan is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1990 and became a fellow in 2013.
Board Member: Association of International Certified Professional Accountants Europe 2017/2019.
Chair of the CIMA Ireland in 2014/15 and on the CIMA Ireland Board since 2011.
Member of the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies Ireland 2013/15.
At present, he is Operations Manager for Navigator Financial Planning, and Chief Accountant for Aviareto.
