The Dublin Dental University Hospital are delighted to announce that we are holding  a Continuing Professional Development day on the 16th May 2020.

The theme of the study day is “Decontamination of RIMD Providing for a safe Patient Treatment” Is Your Practice Compliant?”

The aim of this study day is to focus on the Decontamination of Reusable Invasive Medical Devices (RIMD), with presentations on Infection Protective and Control guidance, decontamination of equipment and challenging cleaning/sterilisation methods on difficult RIMD.  We will also run 2 workshops within our Central Sterile Services Department and our Local Decontamination Unit.

The study day will run from 9am -15.30 with an opportunity to visit numerous exhibition trade stands throughout the day. Details on how to register and book can be found here
